Upon sending a request email, a PD team member will reply confirming availability.
- Please note: The PD team consists of all volunteers and might not be available during your requested time. If this should occur, a team member will work with you to figure out a time that works.

Important Notes:

When sending donation requests, attach photos of each item.
When emailing the PD Team, each new request should be made in a new and separate email.
Emails relating to the same request should be kept in the same email chain.
When sending an update or revision to a request that you previously placed for the same checkout date, note this at the top of the BODY of your email (not in the subject line):
- *** THIS IS A REVISION TO AN EXISTING REQUEST***
When sending a revision, please separate items into the sections that apply:
- Existing items
- Items being added
- Items being removed
