We're thrilled to introduce Reach for the Stars: Career Readiness Pathway, an initiative designed exclusively for BMAC students. This pathway is not just about preparing for your future career; it's about turning that preparation into a stellar adventure!
The pathway will allow student participation beginning on February 5 and closes May 3

By participating in a mix of career readiness and experience activities, you'll not only boost your professional skills but also set yourself up for some fantastic rewards:

- Opportunity Drawing for Apple AirPods Pro: Get ready to elevate your tech game! Completing the pathway earns you an entry into our exclusive opportunity drawing for a chance to win Apple AirPods Pro.
How do I complete the Pathway?
Completing the pathway is simple and will benefit you no matter where you are at in your career journey.
Career Readiness: Students will complete all of these steps in the pathway
- Counseling Appointment (CDC or BMAC)
- Upload Resume in CareerLINK
- Complete a mock interview in Big Interview
- Attend CDC Workshop/Information Session/Job Fair (Choose one)
Experience: Students will complete one of these steps in the pathway
- Obtain a Certificate from either LinkedIn Learning or Forage
- Join a student club or organization
- Apply for a Job or internship on CareerLINK
How do I get started?
Complete the Career Readiness Pathway Application to officially join the pathway and start completing the steps to prepare you for your next steps to achieving career success. Once you sign up, you will have access to the Pathway and sent a guide with further information, within a week of signing up.
