Jessica Soza Woollen

Jessica Soza Woollen is a California native based in Venice, CA. Professionally known as Jessica Soza, her most notable credit is playing Maria in the International Tour of West Side Story. She has taught at the collegiate level since 2016, was the Head of Voice and Speech at Bethel Conservatory of the Arts in Redding, CA where she directed “Nora” and developed curriculum for the BA and certificate programs. As an acting and voice professor she specializes in The Sanford Meisner Technique, Fitzmaurice Voicework, Knight-Thompson Speechwork and Stanislavsky's Active Analysis. Credits: Sarah Brown Guys & Dolls with Billings Symphony, Maria West Side Story with San Diego Musical Theater, Billings Symphony & Battle Creek Symphony. Training: B.A. in Music Vocal Performance from CSU, San Bernardino, M.F.A. in Acting & Performance Pedagogy from CSU, Long Beach.
