Research Seeks to Measure and Alleviate Stress in Pregnant Mothers

Guido Urizar, professor of psychology in the College of Liberal Arts, spoke with the Long Beach Business Journal about the research he and colleagues at the university are conducting to measure stress levels of pregnant mothers. The research will assist in determining the impact of stress on mothers during and after childbirth as well as provide avenues to resources.
