Project Rebound and Rising Scholars Programs Help Previously Incarcerated Students Find Success

James Binnall, an associate professor at Cal State Long Beach, is the executive director of Project Rebound and faculty advisor for Rising Scholars: organizations that help ensure the success of formerly incarcerated students. Both programs were featured in the Long Beach Business Journal through the eyes of two previously incarcerated students.
