CSULB Linguist Explains Gen Z Lingo

Cal State Long Beach assistant professor of linguistics, Anna Bax, was interviewed on KPCC's Air Talk with Larry Mantle to discuss the lingo used by Gen Z. Professor Bax spoke on the talk show with Danielle Abril of the Washington Post who recently wrote an article entitled, "Gen Z came to ‘slay.’ Their bosses don’t know what that means."
