Liberal Arts Building 1 (LA 1) First Floor Renovation

This project will renovate the entire first floor of Liberal Arts 1 including (3) classrooms on LA1’s 3^rd floor along with a new wet-lab on the fourth floor of Psychology.  In LA1, the first floor will be reprogrammed to house the Atlas Advising and the Geography Departments and on the 3^rd floor we will be renovating (3) classrooms to give Geography (2) new computer labs and a part time lecturer office space.  On the Psychology 4^th floor, we will be renovating an existing lab which will be a new wet-lab for the Geography and Psychology departments. This project will in also include new interior finishes and updated mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire alarm/fire sprinkler services. Lastly, along with the interior construction, this project will also update the exterior with a new paint scheme and exterior windows to give this building a refreshed design for the campus.
