Rental Options and Pricing:

$75.00 Each, including set up

Canopy Charges

If the event is under a week in length, the flat rental charge will apply. If the event exceeds a week in length, an additional $75.00 rental charge will apply for each additional week.

Policy

  • Minimum 72 hours notification or upon availability is required for forklift rental requests.
  • Certification must be approved by Auto Shop Supervisor.
  • 4 hour minimum with certified Operator.
  • If an Operator is needed, minimum 1 hour rate at $72.
  • Campus approved operators only – proof of valid certification.
  • Only available for pick-up Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Weekend use must be picked up on Friday Before 3:00 pm.
  • Must fill out Forklift Check-Out form.
  • To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, please notify Service Response Team 24 hours prior.
  • Requesting Department will be held responsible for any accident and/or damages.

  • Campus approved drivers only.
  • Cart must be dropped off by the end of the rental period. If Auto shop is closed, drop keys off into loaner key box located outside the Auto Shop entrance door.
  • To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, please notify Service Response Team 24 hours prior.
  • Requesting Department will be held responsible for any accident and/or damages.

  • Additional programming and/or relocation will incur a $187.20 cost.
  • If requesting Department rents their own marquee, BBS can program it for $93.60.

  • Requesting Department will be held responsible for any accident and/or damages.
