Political Science Expert Talks About Affirmative Action Case Before Supreme Court

Jason Whitehead, associate professor of political science at Cal State Long Beach, was featured in an interview on KNX In-Depth about the Affirmative Action case before the Supreme Court. Professor Whitehead said the court might be reluctant to take drastic steps against Affirmative Action because the Roe v. Wade decision was so controversial. However, the questions asked by the conservative justices tend to indicate the overturning of Affirmative Action policies.
