Equipment Reservation format

Important Notes 

  • When emailing the E-Center, each new request should be made in a new and separate email. 
  • Emails relating to the same request should be kept in the same email chain. 
  • When sending an update or revision to a reservation request that you previously placed for the same checkout date, note this at the top of the BODY of your email (not in the subject line):
    •  *** THIS IS A REVISION TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION REQUEST*** 
  • When sending a revision, please separate equipment into the sections that apply: 
    • Existing equipment 
    • Equipment being added 
    • Equipment being removed

EMAIL CC  

  • You must CC your professor to confirm your equipment is for an approved class assignment. 
  • Requests without a professor cc’d will be denied. 

Email Subject 

  • Subject line must only include: 
    • Check out Date – Checkout Time - Name – Class & section.  

Email Body

  • The body should only include:  
    • Checkout Date & Time, Return Date & Time, and a list of equipment organized by area.
