Cal State Long Beach is a site partner with Mission:AstroAccess, a non-profit that advocates for inclusion in space exploration.

Monday, CSULB and AstroAccess hosted a media availability after the non-profit took 12 researchers with disabilities on a historic parabolic zero-gravity flight.

The flight allowed participants to attempt to perform operational tasks similar to what would be required of them if they were in outer space.

ABC7, SpaceRef, ParabolicArc, SatNews and the Press-Telegram were at the media availability to learn more about the fight to include people with disabilities in space exploration.
