CSULB Professor Writes About Space Boom In Long Beach

Seiji Steimetz is the chair of the Department of Economics.

He recently co-published a Press-Telegram article about why the City of Long Beach is becoming known as "Space Beach."

Steimetz was also recently featured on KNX 1070 radio talking about the increase aerospace jobs in the city.
