Undergraduate Admissions information
Cal State Apply is the California State University system-wide application website. You can apply to one or several universities. The application for admission is open:
- Freshman and Transfer students for Fall admissions: October 1 – December 2
- Transfer for Spring admissions: August 1 - 30

International admissions information
Please visit the International Admissions page of the CSULB Center for International Education for specific admissions and Cal State Apply information for F-1 and J-1 visas holders and other visa holders.
Typically, the University will inform you sometime in February if you do not meet the minimum academic qualifications to be accepted.
Graduate Admissions information
CSULB Dance offers two graduate degrees: MFA in Dance and MA in Dance. In addition to the University application and audition, each degree requires supplemental materials to be submitted to the department.
