Transportation Expert Talks About West Coast Labor Dispute

Tom O'Brien, Ph.D., executive director of the Center for International Trade and Transportation at Cal State Long Beach, spoke to The Washington Post about the ongoing labor dispute at West Coast transportation centers. Dr. O'Brien said this is the worst dispute in the industry since 2002 and like then, has to do with the use of technology.
