Professor Creates Mentorship Program for Teachers

Kelly Young, a professor of biology at Cal State Long Beach, was featured in the online education publication, Inside Higher Ed for the development of a mentorship program for teachers. Professor Young created the Advanced Inclusive Mentoring program to help bridge the gap between teachers and students primarily from diverse racial and ethnic groups.
