Professor Comments on Potential Sighting of a Newly-Born White Shark

Professor Chris Lowe, director of the Cal State Long Beach Shark Lab, spoke with the Washington Post and BBC about a recent research paper claiming to have photographed a newly-born white shark off Southern California. Professor Lowe appreciated the authors' work but wants to see more data before determining if the young shark is really a newborn.
