Political Science Expert Discusses State's Budget Shortfall

Matt Lesenyie, assistant professor of political science, spoke with CBS Los Angeles about California's budget deficit. Lesenyie said he didn't think housing of homeless or offering healthcare to immigrants was the cause of the budget shortfall, but acknowledged they were issues of concern with voters.
