Economist explains how tariffs could impact the Inland Empire

Robert Kleinhenz, an economist and director of the Cal State Long Beach Office of Economic Research, co-authored an article in the Riverside Press-Enterprise about the impact of tariffs on the Inland Empire economy. Kleinhenz wrote that while it is premature to offer a full assessment of the impact of tariffs on the Inland Empire Logistics industry and economy, a full-scale trade war would wreak havoc on local commerce.
