CSULB Student Finds Community Through Cultural Dance

Alondra Ordaz, a student and president of the Grupo Folklórico Mexica at Cal State Long Beach, appeared in the Los Angeles Times for her work teaching traditional dances from the various regions of Mexico. Ordaz said Folklórico has helped her find community with other dancers interested in learning more about their culture.
