CSULB Receives Grant to Help Students Use Technology in Public Health

Dr. Kamiar Alaei, department chair for health science in the College of Health and Human Services, appeared in the Signal Tribune discussing a $10 million grant the school received to recruit and train minority students in utilizing technology in public health. CSULB is one of ten schools across the nation who received a grant to teach students how to design technology to deliver better healthcare to underserved communities.
