CSULB expert addresses report of lead in tap water

Elaine Bernal, Ed.D., a lecturer in the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with NBC Los Angeles about a recent report published about lead in the tap water of some Watts' residences. Bernal said lead accumulates in the body and is especially dangerous to children.
