Who Wins New Congressional District Will Depend on Choice of Independent Voters

Cal State Long Beach political science assistant professor Matt Lesenyie spoke with Spectrum News about a redrawn congressional district where the number of registered Democrats and Republicans are evenly split. Professor Lesenyie said the outcome of the election will come down to whoever can win over the independent voters.
