Professor of Russian History Talks About Significance of Retaking Kherson by Ukrainian Army

Andrew Jenks, professor and Russian history scholar at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with KCBS radio about the significance of reclaiming the city of Kherson by the Ukrainian army. Professor Jenks said although Putin's position is now tenuous because of the loss, his replacement, if that happens, would likely be just as hawkish towards Ukraine.
