Professor in Labor Relations Discusses Union Efforts at Starbucks

Jake Wilson, a professor in the Department of Sociology at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with PBS about recent efforts by Starbucks' employees to unionize and allegations of retaliation by the company. Professor Wilson said tactics companies use to curb organizing may include surveilling or laying off workers and even closing work facilities.
