History Professor Comments on Russia's Potential Use of Dirty Bomb in Ukraine

KCBS radio in San Francisco interviewed Cal State Long Beach history scholar, Andrew Jenks, about the possibility of Russia using a radioactive dirty bomb in Ukraine. Professor Jenks conveyed his concern that Russia is being pushed to use just about any measure to avoid defeat.
