CSULB Psychologist Gives Tips to Avoid the Rainy Day Blues

Marwa Azab, a lecturer in the Psychology Department at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with KNBC about how the recent rainy weather  may cause seasonal depression for people living in typically sunny Southern California. Dr. Azab said people should try to embrace the change and just remember that the wet weather won't last forever.
