CSULB Professor Provides Insight Into What Triggers a Serial Killer

Robert Schug, a neurocriminologist and forensic psychologist and professor at Cal State Long Beach, provided CBS News Sacramento insight into what may trigger a serial killer. Professor Schug also said serial killers are difficult to study because there really are so few in society.
