CSULB Expert Talks About Homelessness Among College Students

Rashida Crutchfield, an associate professor in the School of Social Work at Cal State Long Beach spoke with CNN about student homelessness in a story that went nationwide. Professor Crutchfield said that until recently educational institutions didn’t perceive homelessness as something their students were experiencing. She went on to say that California is “ahead of the game” and has made investments in addressing college student homelessness.
