CSULB Expert Evaluates Immigration Case Before Supreme Court

Jason Whitehead, an associate professor of political science at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with The Dallas Daily News about the immigration case, United States v. Texas, being argued before the Supreme Court. The court case challenges a Biden-era policy that prioritizes certain groups of unauthorized immigrants for arrest and deportation (criminals and those caught at the border) and de-prioritizes other groups.
