CSULB Expert Comments on Russia's Mobilization of Troops

Anthony Jenks, professor of Russian History at Cal State University Long Beach, spoke with KNX news radio about Putin's decision to mobilize troops to fight in the Ukraine. Professor Jenks said Putin must continue to escalate the war to justify the losses already made.
