Robert Schug, a neurocriminologist and forensic psychologist and professor at Cal State Long Beach, provided in-depth commentary to KFI radio on the history and background of the alleged serial killer arrested in Stockton, Calif. Professor Schug commented discussed a number of scenarios that may sometimes create or trigger a serial killer.
