CSULB's Rare Corpse Flower Blooms For A Second Time

The Corpse Flower at Cal State Long Beach bloomed this week.

The rare occasion was covered by multiple local news outlets: KTLA, Press-Telegram and the Long Beach Post.

The flower, Phil, bloomed once before back in 2019 where thousands of people got to experience its stinch.
