CSULB Professor Predicts Topics for Governor's State of the State

CSULB Political Science Professor Justin Levitt provided KNX news radio with predictions of California Governor's State of the State speech. Dr. Levitt suggested the governor may reduce gas taxes to ease consumer's pain at the pump, but would likely not allow more oil drilling to ease gas prices.
