CSULB Economist Finds Median Cost of a Home in Long Beach Rising Faster than Surrounding Area

Cal State Long Beach Professor and Chair of Economics, Seiji Steinmetz, provided information on the cost of housing in the city during an interview with the Long Beach Post. According to Dr. Steinmetz, the median price of a home in Long Beach has risen 41% in the last five years.
