CSULB Botanist Saw Uptick In Gardening During Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic forced millions of people to be stuck at home.

Brian Thorson, botanical curator and botany technician in the Dept. of Biological Sciences, told The Orange County Register that many people took up gardening as a hobby.
