CSULB Associate Professor Discusses Student Homelessness

Rashida Crutchfield, associate professor in the School of Sociology at CSULB, provided information to The Guardian newspaper about student homelessness in an article entitled, "My car is my home." Dr. Crutchfield said student homelessness was a "hidden crisis" for a long time because of the stigma attached. When interviewed, homeless students were surprised to learn they were not the only ones in that situation.
