Under the leadership of the City of Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services and in collaboration with St. Mary Medical Center, we support the planing and development of a patient-centered, community-informed proposal to compare effective ways to prevent, diagnose and treat pre-diabetes among Latinos in Long Beach.
