Center Alumni
The CSULB Center for Latino Community Health, Evaluation, and Leadership Training has overseen numerous projects since 2005 and CSULB students have played an intergral part in these health initiatives. Students have used their Center experience to launch successful and impactful careers in health. As of 2021, the Center has trained 741 students, and students have been involved in 147 presentations and 37 publications. The Center has raised over 22 million dollars, provided over 309 students with research and/or tuition and stipend opportunities, and trained over 450 community health workers and/or health educators in 7 states.
