Post-Production
Workflow
It is essential that you have created a workflow for each step of the production process for your short film, and can therefore schedule accordingly. Your post-production workflow should include:
- Timelines for editing, sound, and color progress and deadlines
- How/when you are collecting deliverables from the production team
- What your assistant editor will be receiving/editing
The post-production team can then follow the timeline of the workflow in an organized manner, while being given enough time for the editing process to be perfected rather than rushed.
