Facilities Rentals

The Dance Center Costume Stock, Dance Studios, and the Martha B. Knoebel Dance Theater are available for rental.

Costume Stock Rental Process

  1. Fill out the Costume Stock Rental Form
  2. Email Kelsey.vidic@csulb.edu for the Booking Appointment Calendar.
    1. At this point, the Costume Shop Supervisor will review your form. If your needs do not match our available items, they will email you and advise you to look elsewhere.
  3. Book a time to come to the Costume Stock.
  4. READ CAREFULLY, Sign and Return the Rental Agreement (or bring with you to appointment).
  5. During the appointment, the Costume Shop Supervisor will create a “Costume Check Out Form” that includes pricing, lost/damage fees, proper laundry care and return date and time.
  6. Payment is expected during this appointment. Payment is made by check only, made out to CSULB Dance.
  7. Clothing must be returned on agreed upon date, laundered properly, or else late fees will be charged.

CSULB Dance has 7 expansive Dance Studios available for rental. During the Academic year, rentals are limited to weekends, and availability fills up quickly during the summer too.

The Martha B. Knoebel Dance Theater is available to rent for performances, film screenings, and corporate presentations. During the Academic year, rentals are limited, and availability fills up quickly during the summer too.
