Drupal User Onboarding
- The user takes Drupal Training
- A follow up email is sent by the trainer to the attendees, with 2 action items. Login to Drupal and initiate a PAF form.
- The PAF form is initiated by the user after training and automatically routed to signees.
- Once the DocuSign PAF form is routed and signed by all parties a ticket will be automatically created and assigned to the WDC.
- Upon receipt of the ticket by the WDC. The user is added at the root level as "group member". The Group admin is cc'ed and asked to assign the groups and permissions. The ticket is completed.
