About Changeist: Changeist is a Saturday leadership development and skills-building program, uniting young people from all over the Los Angeles area. Middle and high school students, called Changeists, will learn a common civic language, engage in dialogue, and build community to investigate local and global challenges ranging from poverty to environmental issues. Changeist representatives would love to come to speak to interested folks about our Team Leader role. After sharing some important details about what it entails, our team will open the floor for any questions you may have.

About the Team Leader role: In brief,  this position offers post-high school/college-aged young adults the opportunity to lead and mentor our Changeist youth participants as near-peer mentors. Participants will learn how to effectively guide and lead others on their own journey of creating positive change. To learn more, see the flyer or the application link below.
