Track 1: Licensing
Licensing manages the intellectual properties (ie. Mickey, Captain America, Stranger Things, etc). With partnering licensors to utilize their artwork to create product for our brands.
Track 2: Buying/Merchandising
Merchandising is essential in selecting and developing our product assortment in both stores and online to drive business.
Track 3: Product Development
Product development manages the full life cycle of our product. From sourcing fabrics and trims to price negotiations, they partner with factories overseas from design to delivery date.
Track 4: Social Marketing
The social marketing team oversees brand marketing and creative services for our brands. Creates, posts and tracks content for our social media platforms.
