10 Years of CSULB BUILD
Happy 10-year Anniversary to the CSULB BUILD Program!
Ten years ago, the CSULB Building Infrastructure Leading to Diversity (BUILD) program began right here at The Beach as CSULB was selected as one of 10 sites across the nation to receive the prestigious BUILD grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and General Medical Sciences (NIGMS). The goal of this program is to strengthen and develop a sustainable pipeline for advanced research degrees in health-related research across a variety of disciplines including engineering and the behavioral, biological, clinical, physical, public health, and social sciences.
We'd like to recognize all those in our BUILD community who have impacted and been impacted by this program including student trainees/alumni, graduate mentors/assistants, staff, faculty, research mentors, training directors, PIs, CSULB leadership, campus/community partners, pipeline partners, family members of the trainees, and all other supporters! You all make our community stronger!
