COB Lecture Halls Renovation

The College of Business building, formerly known as the College of Business Administration, was built in the early 1990s and completed in 1993 and its lecture halls haven’t been renovated since then. This project consists of tenant improvements at the four lecture halls that sit on the west end of the building, while maintaining the seat count. The project scope includes but is not limited to: new finishes, new furniture, lighting retrofit to more efficient fixtures, and acoustical and audiovisual improvements. This renovation will improve the experience of both students and lecturers.
