Important Employee Survey - How Did You Get to Campus Last Week?

Each year, CSULB employees are required to complete a brief survey providing data on how they commute to campus. Conducting travel-related surveys is an annual requirement of the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) and the Climate Leadership Commitment.

This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Your participation will influence future parking and transportation decisions about how best to meet our current air quality targets and future climate commitment goals. Take the survey now!

CSULB’s 3rd Annual Tech Day at Friendship Walk Wednesday, November 7

CSULB’s 3rd Annual Tech Day will be Wednesday, November 7 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Friendship Walk behind Brotman Hall. Hosted by CSULB technology organizations, Tech Day is dedicated to promoting and showcasing campus technology services for students, faculty, and staff members. There will be fun activities, entertainment, exciting drawings with prizes and free pizza lunch while supplies last. See you there!

Address Updates for W-2 Forms

In January, the State Controller’s Office (SCO) will mail the 2018 W-2 form to your mailing address. If your address on file is not up to date, please be aware that all address updates and changes must be made online or in person no later than Friday, December 7.

Are you unsure which mailing address is currently on file for you?

  • View it at the bottom of your October 30 pay stub or advice of deposit; or
  • Visit the Employee Center chiclet in Single Sign On. Then, select “Personal Information Summary” or “Home/Mailing Addresses.” Note that the Mailing Address listed is the address that will be used by the SCO.

If you need to make changes to your mailing address, call the Payroll Department at extension 5-4164.

Alumni, Faculty and Staff Shopping Night at University Bookstore Friday, November 16

Stop by the University Bookstore for the annual Alumni, Faculty and Staff Shopping Night on Friday, November 16, 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. This special evening brings together our wonderful Alumni, Faculty, and Staff for an unforgettable night of shopping, discounts, and door prizes to start the holiday season. Guests will enjoy complimentary appetizers and beverages. Entertainment includes music, a fashion show, kid’s activities, and photo booth! Get here early as the first 200 guests will receive a special CSULB gift. If you have been before, you know how special this event is.
