Stop the Bleed Demonstration Day - May 9

Dignity Health will be outside the Student Recreation and Wellness Center on May 9 at 10:00 a.m. to demonstrate “Stop the Bleed” kits. Thanks to a grant, they have been able to acquire these kits to be installed alongside every mounted AED (Automated External Defibrillator) within the city, with CSULB being the first location. Anyone is welcome to stop by to see the kits, watch first aid demos and practice applying a tourniquet.  Departments interested in hosting the free 1-hour “Stop the Bleed” training for their staff can email Allyson.Joy@csulb.edu.
