Coming Soon-Online Information Technology Procurements
Beginning in August, a new online process will be launched for campus information technology purchases. The new process will use an online form to automatically create a trackable ticket for all information technology procurement requests that require an E&IT Checklist.
Drop-in training will be available in Brotman Hall 180D on July 31, August 1, 2, 12, 13 and 14 from 10:00a.m. to noon. No reservations are required and you are encouraged to bring requisitions to process.

CSULB Active Shooter Drill
University Police will be conducting a multi-agency response exercise for an active shooter and mass casualty incident on the campus on Friday, August 9 from 9:00-11:00a.m. The exercise will be focused in and around the University Student Union. Areas with restricted access will be clearly marked with caution tape, signage and/or uniformed personnel. ADA access from lower campus to upper campus will be routed towards the west campus turnaround and down West Campus Drive.
A test of the BeachALERT Emergency Notification System will also be sent as part of this exercise so be sure your contact information is up to date by logging into your MYCSULB account.

Long Beach Fire Department Conducting Training on Campus
The City of Long Beach Fire Department will conduct training on campus beginning August 19 from 8:00a.m-5:00p.m. The training will take place in Lot G13 and in the Palo Verde North Parking Structure. We thank you for your cooperation.
