Fidelity On-Site Thursday, May 10 to Assist with
Transfer of Legacy Mutual Fund Balances to Fidelity TSA Plan
The Chancellor’s Office has made changes to our Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA) programs. If you have a legacy mutual fund balance with one of the TSA program’s five legacy recordkeepers (Fidelity, MetLife, TIAA, VALIC, and Voya), your funds will be transferred to the active Fidelity TSA plan at the end of May. Thomas Huerta, our Fidelity representative, will be on-site to provide assistance with selecting investments in the active Fidelity TSA plan and to answer any questions you might have about this transfer.
Thomas will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis on Thursday, May 10 between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the Anatol Center. Please bring your own laptop or tablet, if possible.
More information regarding the transfer of the legacy mutual fund balances is available on CSYou. If you should have any questions, please feel free to call the Benefits Team at ext. 5-2381 or Fidelity Investments at 1.800.343.0860. Thank you.

Faculty Survey on Course Materials
Faculty members are the driving force behind changes in course materials and your help is needed to evaluate attitudes and behaviors toward course material adoptions, formats, and usage. The Faculty Watch survey, conducted through OnCampus Research and published by the National Association of College Stores, should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete and will help improve campus services to students and faculty. Three participants will win a $100 gift card. To fill out the survey (faculty only, please), click here.
Time for Spring Cleaning – Which Records to Keep or Toss?
The weather is warming up and the academic year is slowly coming to an end. It’s time for spring cleaning! Please take some time this spring to go over your records to make sure you clean up both paper and electronic records.
Did you know that CSULB has records retention and disposition schedules to help you identify how long to keep your records? CSULB has also identified Records Custodians who are subject matter experts, and can answer questions related to records retention and disposition for certain records. Visit the Records Retention and Disposition Schedules page for current schedules and the Records Custodians designated for each schedule/record.
