Conference center hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Room Layout
Conference Center 223 Layout: Classroom Style Only. (Rectangular tables and chairs, seating for a maximum of 84 participants).
Catering
Will the meeting be catered?
You are responsible to provide access to the building and the room for the caterer. Please keep in mind that caterers often arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to your event. You will be their only access to the building and the room. For information regarding pre-approved catering services on campus, visit the Event Services website.
Parking
Attendees may purchase a daily parking permit from the yellow dispensers located in Lot 13 and Parking Structure 1 (closest lots to the BAAC building). Please note you will receive a form requesting your ASM's approval. The number of permits requested can be altered up to 10 days before the event date; otherwise you will be charged for this number. If you would like to order a specific number of permits, please complete the following:

  • Blu-ray player
  • Catch Box (needs to be checked out)
  • Connections: VGA, HDMI and Mini DisplayPort
  • Document Camera
  • PC with internet connection and Microsoft Office
  • Wireless hand-held and lapel microphones (need to be checked out)
